We were once again very pleased with the attention to detail that the Heffner staff delivers. We were thankful that pre-arrangements were made by our parents. With complete attention to details, Matt who handled our service clearly reviewed the pre-selected choices and identified options available with no pressure to change. He also gave credit to other participating staff. The professional courtesy is obvious throughout the Heffner organization beginning with the initial notification call for service. The extra care of presenting our mother with the reposing bed was truly quite remarkable and

Extremely professional and caring. The funeral directors were all excellent and helpful during an obviously difficult time.
Edited to add: Scott is awesome. We decided to have a celebration of life for my grandfather a couple months after he passed and I was asking Scott for a canvas of his memorial card with a few additions. I was probably being so annoying asking him all these questions and going back and forth, but he was always so kind and understanding and helpful!

Scott and the staff at Heffner treated our family with kindness and compassion. Scott was accommodating in meeting the spiritual needs of our family. After my fathers funeral, the staff checked in with us multiple times to provide continued comfort and support.

The staff was very compassionate and extremely good listeners. They were attentive to ours needs and wishes.
