To develop true "champions of life" spirit where both the physical and philosophical teachings of TaeKwonDo guide our students to become self-empowered, compassionate individuals with the skills to grow through adversity, believe in themselves and realize their potential. We firmly stand behind the power of grit and resilience - the mindset that will see your child through every challenge they may face in life.

Bullying will never end; setbacks will unexpectedly happen; goals will evade us despite our best efforts. Our children will need the tools to deal with these situations now and through adulthood. We want our champions to develop their own grit to persevere through all of life's unfair situations- from judgmental peers to demanding bosses to real life losses and frustrations of all kinds.

The Blue Moon TaeKwonDo martial arts program is the most innovative program in the country. It is not just about kicking and punching, rather, it is designed as a comprehensive program that will help and support your child as a whole person.

As each age group is very specific in ability and needs, we focus on those key developmental and life skills that will benefit them in their training and after they leave the mat and interact at home, school and in social circles.Our exceptional "Champions of Life" curriculum is open to students from age 3 1/2 through adults.
Cyclones Acrobatics

It has since opened up to anyone interested in learning and developing tumbling techniques. Starting with the necessary foundations of flexibility and overall strength, beginners start learning their basics - such as bridges, rolls, headstands, handstands, cartwheels and roundoffs.

Limited class size of 8 students/class ensures not only necessary social distancing, but also plenty of individual attention, so each student has an opportunity to improve.The training studio is fully matted and equipped with a crash mat, air track, springboard, low beam, climbing rope and spotting rig among other essential training tools.
CARDIO Kickboxing

Our CARDIO Kickboxing class is a high energy, intense workout for 14 years- adults. It includes stretching, conditioning, partnering drills, bag work and ab exercises for a complete fitness challenge. This class is offered weekly in the morning or in the evening in 10 week sessions. Since there are no makeups or carryovers, if you are going to miss a class, you may send someone in your place or attend a TaeKwonDo class.
FIGHT FIT Self Defense

In this day of politically and racially charged violence, a working knowledge of practical self defense skills is vital to everyone- especially (but not limited to) seniors, commuting women, high school and college women or anyone who regularly finds themselves in potentially compromising situations.
