I have been taking my car here for a little over 3 years, What gave me confidence to visit the first time were the reviews that mentioned honest mechanics who didn't take advantage of their clients. After multiple visits, (mostly maintenance-related), I am happy to say that I can confirm the integrity and fairness of the team at Hi-Tech. I have never felt pressured to purchase something that wasn't necessary, things have always been explained to me until I understood, and they have never given me a hard time when I chose to do something on my own instead of through their shop. Again I sometimes come off overly assertive possibly even aggressive because I'm years behind schedule. people don't understand that but once they get to know me and talk to me and they usually realize that I'm a kind person not trying to threaten them or push my opinions on them or anything. I'm just trying to get the job done. Either way they couldn't help me with my problem I had to go to a dealership so I can't really give a review as far as service I just no attitudes cuz I myself sometimes have them

I needed a used car and found 2, I paid for car fax reports and scheduled test drives. One had several items identified during our visit that gave us concerns. There was insufficient oil and they refilled it while we were there in the parking lot (after telling us all fluids were full), and there was no transmission fluid at all visible even after running the car. My dad has worked on cars for 60 years including as an engineer for a car manufacturer; he's rebuilt four cars himself, but we still wanted a professional technician to look at both cars. My husband and I scheduled a time to have Jim inspect the carseats in our two vehicles before our little guy was born. Jim took the time explain all of the safety features and even had a few tips. Their team did not address the problems that I brought my vehicle in to repair. Their report stated that there were no codes stored in the system, 7 are present. Within a half-mile of leaving the shop my check engine light, awd warning light, and tpms monitor light all came on. Despite $2,300 in service being rendered, most problems were not fixed, despite their report giving my vehicle a clean bill of health, minus a chip in the windshield and a missing interior trim piece. The tech blasted loud music on the test drive, I had a camera in the car, which prevented him from hearing the rubbing noise
