Go in for yearly check up as a New patient and got some sunglasses. The doctor wanted to try a prescription in them and said if you did not like them that I could return them and have the prescription taken out and it would be no problem. Come to find out to do that its gonna cost me $200 for the glasses and $55 to have the lenses back to normal and thats not what I was told In office by the doctor or the optical department! The optical department did not explain any of this at that time and was very rude today on the phone and disrespectful and hung up on me the patient/customer! Will not

My husband and I came in as new patients there and from the second we walked in, we were treated as if we had went to them for 20 years. Upon check in the staff were friendly and upbeat. The doctors assistants were wonderful and the dr himself was very informative. I then got glasses and the girls there helped me pick the perfect ones and I have received so many compliments. We loved everything about the drs office and will be going back next year. Ive advised everyone I know to go there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not happy at all. Have been dealing with them since February, going back several times because my corrective lenses weren't right, finally had to get a refund, and to no suprise they didn't refund the total amount.

We had a great experience. After going into the appointment with concern about the symptoms we were experiencing. We were set a ease when we arrived and were greeted with a smiling face. Then we meet Dr. Smart for the first time and his demeanor and knowledge set us even more at ease. Thank you all for making our visit a good one.

Dr. Tisdale was very helpful in addressing each of the problems I've been having with my eyes. The eye are specialist was also amazing in helping me pick the perfect glasses!

My family has been going to Weatherford Eyecare Center for the past several years. Dr. Tisdal, Bo, Joy and the rest of the team at Weatherford Eyecare Center go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. They are great at accomodating emergencies, helping pick out frames or contacts and giving you a prescription for wonderful clear vision. My family won't go anywhere else!! You guys are AWESOME!!
