I am updating my review because we recently had additional work done, and the company messed up the shower door. DSI was great in getting us the replacement glass. The other company had not re-installed the frame properly. The installers from DSI removed everything, cleaned all the silicone off of it, and then reinstalled it properly. Their work was fantastic. The experience of working with Rich and others at DSI for a new shower door was awesome. We had some special requests, and Rich proposed some great options. Everyone that came to our home for either measuring or installing were very friendly

After a different company screwed up installation of my custom steam shower glass (dropping it, breaking into a billion pieces), DSI came to the rescue!! They not only called me back, but came out within the week to measure. Then they professionally installed it with in 2 weeks.
Keith, Nick & Shawn were a dream to work withfriendly, knowledgeable, professional. Everyone showed up on time, as scheduled, which was refreshing. Communication from start to finish was terrific. I cant say enough great things. This will be my new glass company, for good. They make the first company I used look
