Hot stone massage is a one hour session in which the use of hot stones are incorporated into the massage. The direct heat relaxes muscles. The warmer stones also dilate the blood vessels, pushing blood and unwanted waste materials through the body. Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin.
Acupuncture

We have a team of doctors at Minser Chiropractic that are certified in acupuncture. Acupuncture is based on the theory that there is an energy that flows through the body along meridians or channels. The energy is called Qi and flows along 12 main channels throughout the body. These channels form a network connecting the superficial and interior portions of the human body, regulating the function of the whole body.
