If your doing cmp exams for va please please look elsewhere they did my exam jan 11th 2021 and still havent sent it to the va for evaluation.

I walked into the facility today after falling on my stairs last night. The care I received was top notch, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and explained everything about what she was doing and why she was doing it as she examined my injuries. It was refreshing to have a doctor so thorough and empathetic. The nurse who took my history and vitals was also fantastic. Even the front desk person was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this facility if you're sick or injured and need help quickly.

My partner made an appointment for an annual wellness exam for me, explaining that I would also need prescription refills. After going in and filling out paperwork, stating at the front desk the reason for my visit (wellness exams, prescription refills), the nurse brought me back and asked again why I was there. When it was learned I wanted prescriptions, she left and came back saying that the nurse practitioner couldn't prescribe those drugs and that it was his fault for not checking when he made the appointment if the staff could prescribe those drugs. They were happy to charge me for a visit

All visits except the last were fine. Not stellar, but certainly not bad either. I then had a very negative experience before regular annual lab work (my only negative experience ever in any doctors office): I got yelled at for placing a form on a desk, and the yelling assistant then proceeded to antagonize in extremely childish ways behind other assistant's backs. I could not believe my eyes. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone working with customers, but especially for someone in a doctors office. All his colleagues are fine people as far as I am concerned.

Doctors and nursing staff are great. Front office needs some help. I called in to see if they could fit me in, which they never can seem to find time, and the schedule lady was on her lunch break. No one else could look at the schedule. I told them I guess I need to go some where else and they said ok, bye.

Excellent providers and caring staff. Had to take my little one in and turned out he had strep. They were so kind to him and has us in and out quickly. They even called to follow up a few days later. Highly recommend this place! Really great service and a clean facility.

Used to be my primary care physician since I was a baby. Hadn't been in for a few years (being healthy and all). Have a serious problem now, called them up thinking "Oh, the people who have been around all my life can help. I'm not embarrassed to talk top them".
Wrong, they told me they don't want me as a client anymore and refereed me to someone else in town. Screw this place. I used to think they were good people. Seriously, don't even humor them. Call someone else instead. They will just turn you away when you really need them.
