A healthy option with broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, tri-colored peppers and garnished with Ranch dressing and fresh herbs when available. Cubes of Cheddar, Swiss, Pepperjack Cheeses served with a small sampling of either fresh veggies or fruit and crackers.
