Not only do they warranty the windows, but the installation is also warranted for life. Great value and great quality. It is easy to go much cheaper but you wont find this type of quality with this type of backing.

We scheduled Ron to come out for a window replacement estimate. Ron arrived and took measurements and photos, and said he would get right back with us with an estimate. Over one month later, still no contact from Ron. I emailed Ron and again no response. I finally called Ron. Instead of returning my phone call, he just texted me and said they couldn't do the job. A red flag on the definite lack of customer service!

They arrived on time each day, worked tirelessly, each window and door installed as if it was their own home, and removed all debris when finished. We chose Milgard Windows for all 11 windows and patio door as we had them installed in our previous home with over 10 years of trouble free use.
