Spray Foam Insulation
Closed-cell spray foam insulation delivers R-Values above 7.5 HFO per inch while creating an air and moisture barrier. This high-density solution strengthens building structures and reduces energy costs by up to 45%. Our application process seals thermal bridges in walls, attics, and below-grade foundations.
Rodent Exclusion
Comprehensive rodent exclusion includes structural pest inspection, entry point sealing with permanent materials, and sanitization of contaminated areas. Our licensed technicians use cement, flashing, and screening to prevent future infestations while restoring insulation systems to code compliance.
Crawlspace Restoration
Full crawlspace restoration involves removing contaminated insulation, installing vapor barriers, and applying new insulation systems. We follow local building codes to create clean, energy-efficient spaces while addressing moisture and structural concerns during remediation projects.
Fire Coating
Fire-rated coating applications provide 15-minute thermal protection for spray foam surfaces in commercial buildings. This critical safety measure slows fire spread in schools, hospitals, and industrial facilities while meeting regulatory requirements for flame resistance.
Duct Sealing
Professional duct sealing improves HVAC efficiency by eliminating air leaks that waste up to 20% of heating and cooling energy. Our process enhances system performance, reduces utility costs, and enables potential equipment downsizing while maintaining indoor air quality standards.

I moved into a new home and hired PNW Insulation to provide 2 different services. One team blew insulation into 2 different parts of my attic and another team removed insulation due to a pre-existing rodent problem in my crawl space and re-installed new vapor barriers, closed any holes that may have been exposed, etc. They arrived at 9 AM and worked all day. They didn't leave until the job was done which was approximately 8:00 PM. Due to the size of the house I would've have been fine with them coming back the next day but they worked until it was done! I don't think they ever took a break. They

From the start Diane was the perfect person to speak to on the phone. She connected me with Ruben. Ruben knew exactly what I needed and scheduled the project as quickly as possible which is exactly what our business needed. The crew arrived and quickly and efficiently finished the project. Project done, clean up done and well before promised. If you need a project done I recommend Ruben and Diane who I'm certain will surpass your high expectations.
