We start off by removing all smelly, damaged, wet, old and/or falling insulation. For homes with rodents, we do what's called "exclusion work". This seals the areas where the rodents are getting into the home, to avoid future infestation. We treat affected areas, to kill diseases, germ-carrying bacteria and urine trail smells (which attracts more rodents)!
Once all cleaned up and sanitized, we are ready to install the brand-new insulation and vapor barrier, to make your crawlspace look like new. Each crawlspace that we do, is proceeded by following the City Code, to make sure that your crawlspace passes inspection. Our experience in New Construction has opened many doors for us, allowing us to work with very important builders in the Northwest region, By following all city Codes & Passing inspections. We have also had the privilege to work on the Commercial side all the way to metal or wood framing we insulated all and of course doing everything up to WA CODES.

The key to exclusion is sealing and securing all possible rodent entry points, in your home. This includes cracks in the foundation, improperly installed vents or damaged vents, drain and waste lines, roof adjointments, gaps in the gutter fascia or foundation mud ceil, garbage shoots and other points of entry that are not properly sealed off or are damaged.
