John Scaffidi, received his Bachelor's in Science degree from Lehigh Valley's prestigious Muhlenberg College with honors in both biology and psychology, and was awarded a coveted membership into Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society in 1983.
This was followed by a Master's program in Applied Human Physiology while he participated in research with both the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).Medical school followed at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ at their leading medical center, Cooper Hospital University Medical Center, where he obtained his medical degree, again with honors.
