We have plenty of space for indoor & outdoor seating. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and a picnic to enjoy our farm land. Please call ahead/email (24 hours ahead) for a reservation if you have more than 8+ people in your group. Our winery is open Saturday and Sunday for you to visit and experience our wines in the tasting room or to relax on the deck, overlooking the vines.

Our name, FireClay Cellars was chosen to represent the bright red clay in our vineyard. Mineral rich, deep, and well drained soil provide the perfect conditions for producing flavorful grapes. The art of making wine has a long history-originally grapes were fermented in clay pots, submerged in the ground.

This crisp, dry white wine has a beautiful bouquet of honey, lemon, and vanilla is enhanced by aging 7 months in French and Austrian oak barrels. Chambourcin was aged 18 months in French oak barrels.

We do serve local Celebrity Dairy Goat Cheese, hummus, sparkling water, crackers, chocolate and other packaged foods for purchase.
