All Star Driving Academy offers a comprehensive driver training program that insures teens have the skills they need to survive on today's roads, which makes the new driver experience easier and less stressful for parents. Our goal is to create the safest, smartest drivers on the road. Expert Instruction by State Certified Instructors that are knowledgable, professionable, and dedicated to make teens safe drivers.
Our training cars (with front and side air bags) are rated highly by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety for frontal offset and side impact test results. We provide more behind the wheel training in Private Sessions giving teens the experience they need, while at the same time, reducing the burden on parents.

After completing the course, students will be tested and a score of 80% is required to pass.
Class Schedule
Report
The State of Louisiana requires a 38 Hour Course for students 15, 16 and 17 years of age before they can obtain a driver's permit. Students must complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of behind the wheel training. The behind the wheel training is scheduled once the 30 hour classroom instruction has been completed.
Insurance Discounts
Report
You could qualify for a discount if your child completes a 38 Hour approved Driver's Education Course. If one of the operators of a covered vehicle is a student under the age of 25 who moves away to school and only uses the car while at home during school vacations and holidays, you could be eligible for this discount.
Driving Tips
Report
Always stop for a school bus with flashing lights. The flashing lights mean that students are either getting on or off the bus and may be crossing the street. Don't park in fire lanes. Not only will you get a ticket, but you could be blocking the area where a fire truck needs to park in case of an emergency.
