Jocelyn of Scorpion Equity helped me refinance my home from a 30 to a 15-year loan term at pandemic interest lows. I had Covid-19 on closing day, so Jocelyn brought the papers from the title company and waited outside while I signed. She left with the papers and realized I had not included money for closing costs.
