Dr. said he would send skin removed to lab for testing - I still haven't gotten results and it's been over 2 months. I called and emailed and did not receive a response, however, when I call the receptionist she said that the Dr. responded already; which is a lie. In addition I was billed even though I gave insurance at the time i visited so I had to call back in to clear that up. Then i received a bill from the lab group which I haven't received results from; and the Doctor's office did not forward them my insurance info. I do not recommend - very very disappointed.

I had to wait 3 months to get an appt. at his city office. Instinct told me to call them to confirm my today's appt. It seems like they closed their Sheridan Rd. office and never notified me. This is unconscionable.

I wrote a very true review and somehow. Yelp took it out. This is not a plastic surgeon maybe an eye doctor.he did upper and lower eyelid surgery twice wanted to do a third time that's when I went to a real plastic surgeon who couldn't believe how I was butchered. when I demanded my $9000.00 back he said he would give me only 3500.00 back and I couldn't give him any bad reviews. Anytime I can tell my story about dr. Cohen I will. I have been contacted by many people on different reviews and tell them all the truth. Now print this !

All Dr. Cohen did was remove an impacted stye from my eyelid. He did a fine job and I liked him well enough at the time. This is a procedure that any ophthalmologist can perform. HOWEVER, since that time we have entered into a twilight zone billing nightmare with his office. Before the procedure, I confirmed that he was covered by our insurance. Afterward the bill we received showed us owing virtually the total amount. When we contacted our insurer they said that Dr. Cohen is covered but his office used the wrong billing code and under the code Dr. Cohen's office used, it was not covered

My 76 year old husband had eye lift surgery with Dr. Cohen in November. He truly was having his vision impaired due to all the extra skin that was drooping over his eyes. We were both a little nervous about having this done....but from start to finish we could not be happier with the way we were treated and with the wonderful outcome.
