Harold and Harold were on time efficient courteous and very knowledgeable about the assembly required for the entertainment center delivered. David was our sales representative at Lifestyle and he was great to work with as well very friendly always returns calls kept me posted on updates for delivery of furniture on order. I would not hesitate to repurchase from Lifestyle’s again. However the furnishings I actually purchased came from Babette’s next door and and we were unable to get anyone to wait on us in that store or even speak to us there on both occasions we were in the store. Went to purchase a reclining love seat and cedar chest and wanted to make sure everything thing was in stock as the last furniture company I have been using for years delayed our kitchen table for 4 months. It was very important that what we were purchasing would be delivered soon and expressed this to the salesman several times.
Well I received the wrong reclining loveseat 😞 and was told the one we purchased will be available in February but I can use the one delivered as a loaner… omg so here I go again waiting on furniture!!!

We have purchased several times from both Babette's and Lifestyles and we are never disappointed. Patti is always so pleasant and helpful with whatever we are lookig for. We just recently purchased mattresses and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were in on a Saturday recently and the estimated delivery was to be 2-3 weeks, but we received a call on the Monday following our visit that they could deliver in just a few days. Pleasantly surprised. It's great to see a local business who is very successful against the larger chain stores. What sets you apart is your communication to the customers
