As a service to our patients, our practice will file any insurance program including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network as a courtesy. We are not part of any managed care networks. Our accounting staff will prepare all of the necessary forms for your dental benefits if you provide your insurance card.

Q: What are your office hours? A: We are open Monday through Thursday 8am until 5pm and on Friday 8am until 1pm. Q: Where is the office located? Q: Are you accepting new patients at this time? A: Yes, we are always accepting new patients. If you are in need of emergency care we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
