MASTER STYLIST / EDUCATOREducation is so beneficial. In this industry you have to keep up with the trends and what is popular. I will continue to take education courses, it keeps things exciting and fun when you get back to the salon and get to use what your learned. A favorite of mine is combining balayage and ombre techniques to create lived in, beachy hair.

I cannot get enough continuing educational classes. I have been in this industry over 20 years and never stop learning. Trends change and you need to make sure your clients are current or you'll get left behind. Just this year alone I have flown to the states 4 times for training and I bring it back for my staff.
