Your Premier Destination for Indiana Wines & Events
Mallow Run Winery is a family-owned boutique winery rooted in a legacy of agricultural stewardship dating back to 1835. Founded in 2005 by Bill and Laura Richardson, our winery combines generations of farming expertise with a passion for crafting distinctive wines that reflect Indiana's terroir. We cultivate nearly seven acres of hybrid grape varieties specifically selected for their resilience to Indiana's climate, including Corot Noir and Brianna, which form the foundation of our award-winning portfolio. Our historic tasting room, housed in a restored 1870s timber-frame barn, offers visitors a unique blend of rustic charm and modern hospitality. Through careful vineyard management and hand-harvesting practices, we produce small-batch wines that showcase the natural characteristics of our estate-grown grapes.Committed to community engagement, we host seasonal events like summer concerts and educational experiences that connect guests with the land and our winemaking philosophy. Our team's agricultural expertise and dedication to quality have earned recognition for both our wines and visitor experience. We maintain transparency in our operations by sharing the story of our vineyard's care cycle, from winter pruning to autumn harvest, with every visitor. This commitment to authenticity and excellence positions us as a trusted steward of Indiana's winemaking tradition.

We could not say enough good things about this venue. I have a unique perspective on Mallow Run as I have photographed many weddings here AND my husband and I actually got married here a few years back! As a wedding client, the coordinators were very friendly and easy to work with. They always answered all of our questions quickly and in great detail. We had so many options with the space and could truly customize our day to be exactly how we wanted. We opted for an indoor ceremony and reception, so during cocktail hour everyone shifted to the entrance/bar area as well as hung out all around the

Really good selection of wines. The wine yard is very pretty and you can come a bit early to take some pictures. The tasting room is big enough to accommodate small or large groups. The tasting itself is free, but you have to be at the counter. Once you purchase wines and/or food, you can sit at the tables. Great place to come to during summer time.

Beautiful property, few vendors today, but the tasting room was open and each person was allowed to sample 4 wines. The staff were very nice (even tho' swamped!) and professional. I can especially recommend the Sparkling Catawba wine.
