J and M Appliances in Redlands CA is the best! Repairman John came by this morning fixed our double unit wall oven and saved us $2,000! We have been using them for years for all our appliances from our washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and oven. They have never failed us! Prices are fair and reasonable. We had our refrigerator repaired by them. The parts were covered under warrantee, so we only had to pay the labor cost and a couple of parts which I paid on the the spot. It lasted TWO weeks and we lost approximately $400.00 in frozen goods. The next technician from the same company came out and look at it and stated, the first technician didn't know what he was doing. It was repaired again and is working fine. The issue is I received an additional bill of $117.00 in the mail with no explanation. I called and was told the technician didn't bill it correctly. I told her, that&apos

We were assigned this company through our warranty company. It took much much longer than it should have to complete the work. I went ahead and excused it for Covid issues, but who really knows. My issue is, firstly, the door that they brought for our microwave that was to be replaced had a tiny dent in the front. I chose to overlook that, which was stupid of me. I just wanted our microwave fixed, and I minimized the issue. The technician that did the installation, asked me if everything looked good. Obviously, I don't have a trained eye as to what to look for. As far as I could see everything

Very poor customer service skills. This company has no policy, protocols, or procedures in place in the event of not being able to provide a service. To initially book for services we waited two weeks and they did not end up coming, and also didn't try to correct the situation. I wish i would have Yelp this company beforehand . The other reviews and overall Yelp score confirm it was a bad idea going with them. Do not go here they are not about good quality customer service.

This is the only place where I will buy appliances from now on. J & M Appliances in Redlands, CA provide quality products at reasonable prices. In business or 40 years, they have stood the test of time for a reason. Their customer service is excellent, from the sales representative, Heather, to their technicians. Joe and Ray delivered my refrigerator. Getting the old fridge out and the new fridge in was not an easy task but they did it efficiently and with good humor.
