Dr Warner is a talented, bright and empathetic pediatrician. She has taken care of my daughter since birth and Ive never doubted her decision making, questioned her motives or felt she lacked for patience. Im a physician as well. It is with some authority that I state that Gail is one of the best. We are lucky to have been referred to her.

Dr. Warner is great with kids she makes my son feel really comfortable. The office is always easy to reach by phone or online. The ladies in the front are always respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room and rooms are always clean and really kid friendly.

This is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. You may note that I am considered a Google guide because of my numerous reviews that other Google users have found useful. That being said, the office receptionist's attitude is confrontational, belligerent, and unacceptable. The office is not easy to locate, so good luck with that. Furthermore, the doctor's beside manner was flippant and occupied. Perhaps she has too many appointments scheduled each day?

This is a great facility and the staff is very polite and nice. My baby has been to the site twice and they are always so kind and gentle with him. The doctor was very informative and patient with us and the baby. The new staff member triage the baby. She was very kind, caring and patient with him and us. We were late for our second appointment and had no problems once we arrived. We were able to be seen immediately when we arrived. Our appt ran over into their lunch hour but we were not rushed to leave which is wonderful. I'm thinking of switching my oldest two children to this facility because

The most horrible people are in this office i let them know i was going to be late they said it was ok weather it was 15 min or 20 mins its a 5 min difference they questioned me about my whereabouts she ridiculed me as if i was an animal telling me i know exactley where you live there should have been no traffic they did not show any kindness to my 3 year old they are after one thing and one thing only money!!!! I wasent even coming from home i was coming from my mom who was further out dirty office horrible horrible no one go here

I would give 5 stars, but the new receptionist has no respect or understanding whatsoever. The old one (Im not sure if shes still here or not) knew me, both my kids names by heart, and was the sweetest woman ever. Now when I call, youre always automatically put on hold, spoken to like youre an idiot, argued with, then once again put on hold (she thought she put me on hold but I heard her speaking about me in the background and basically saying I was an idiot). What a shame. Dr. Warner is amazing, and she is always kind and patient with my children. They really need to re-evaluate this
