Dr. Michael Fallucco grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and received his B.A. and M.D. from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He was accepted into the highly competitive plastic surgery residency at St. Louis University. While in training, Dr. Fallucco was recognized for both his clinical and research endeavors.

A Ponte Vedra Beach native, Dr. DeFazio earned his Bachelor Degree in Finance from Florida State University and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Miami, where he graduated at the top of his class, with Distinction in Research, and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society.

Shannon is a certified Physician Assistant. She has worked with our plastic surgeons since 2012. Shannon works side-by-side with Dr. Ankit Desai and Dr. Michael Fallucco in all aspects of our very busy and efficient surgical practice. Shannon is also a highly-skilled injector with over six years of injecting experience in BOTOX Cosmetic/Dysport, microneedling, KYBELLA, and dermal facial fillers.
