Ive been coming to this office for over 10 years. Dr Reihsen and her staff are very professional, friendly, and compassionate. No wait time and in and out pretty quickly. My only concern from my last visit was when my lab work was being drawn and the tech wants to remove the needle with one hand instead of two.

Always my prescription is too late, and it is not the first time, I needed call them more than three times and almost 24 hours I haven't received the medications, because the pharmacy received it late. That mean had quality of service.

My experience here at Dallas Family Medical practice was very positive. The nurses were very welcoming and cordial and the nurse practitioner was amazing. She listened to my concerns and took time to talk with my husband and I. We finally didnt feel rushed at all and we felt like we were finally being heard compared to other past experiences where doctor offices just want their patients in and out as quickly as possible.

Really easy signing up and getting an appointment. No lines and no wait to see the nurse practitioner. Everyone was really supportive and attentive. Did not assign any prescriptions just because and was very helpful with any issues I was having. Really happy I found my new primary care. :)
