The care of your gums and teeth is a collaborative effort between patient and dental team. Regular check ups, cleanings, flossing daily and brushing twice a day are key to prevention and early detection. Our smiles can become transformed due to the wear and tear on our teeth over time. Treatments such as root canals, fillings, crowns or implants can improve your oral health.

Preventative Dentistry
Report
Professional teeth cleaning is sometimes referred to as prophylaxis (or prophy for short). It's a Greek word which means "to prevent beforehand" - in this case, it helps prevent gum disease. Your teeth are continually bathed in saliva which contains calcium and other substances which help strengthen and protect the teeth.
Restorative Dentistry
Report
Composite resins, or tooth-colored fillings, provide good durability and resistance to fracture in small- to mid-size fillings that need to withstand moderate pressure from the constant stress of chewing. They can be used on either front or back teeth. They are a good choice for people who prefer that their fillings look more natural.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Report
Veneers are plates of porcelain that are bonded on the front surface of the anterior teeth. Although they are very thin, veneers become very strong once bonded to the tooth. Porcelain veneers are an excellent choice for covering cracked, chipped, or discolored teeth. Because of their natural appearance, porcelain veneers can make a very pleasing improvement to your smile.
