Excision
Report
Excision will explain to you why the skin lesion needs excision and the procedure involved. You may have to sign a consent form to indicate that you understand and agree to the surgical procedure. Tell your doctor if you are taking any medication (particularly aspirin, clopidogrel, dabigatran and warfarin, which could make you bleed more), or if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator.
Full-Body Skin Exam

Skin exams are a visual inspection of the entire body for suspicious growth moles or lesions. Its recommended to have a skin exam every year, especially if you have a family history of skin cancer, a personal history of skin cancer, or have suspicious moles or skin lesions. It is not uncommon for an early skin cancer to be dismissed as a stubborn acne bump or even go unnoticed because obvious symptoms are often absent.
