I was misdiagnosed with Optic Neuritis. He acted like it may be that. Then I asked ok so thats what it is? He said yes. I had my doubts, because he didnt seem 100% certain. Well, I went to a eye specialist and it WASNT Optic Neuritis. It was another condition where I had fluid in my eye. I could tell he couldnt find anything, so he had to come up with some type of diagnosis. Because he promised he would. So he just said oh its Optic Neuritis . When he didnt even know. I dont know how this place has a 5 star rating. I wont go back.

I am in Bellefontaine for business and lost a contact with no back up pair packed. This is the only office (out of 5) who would even consider helping me. Their customer service is top notch and even though I didn't need to see the doctor, he was willing to fit me in and see me due to my (semi) emergency. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your kindness and willingness to help does not go unnoticed.
