Liz and her team are incredible! I recently needed her help on an extremely time-sensitive landlord/tenant issue. Liz bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and delivered everything that I needed well in advance of my deadline. Shes extremely professional and responsive, but more than that shes just a really kind and sincere person that actually cares about her clients and their issues. Ive worked with several private investigators in the past but moving forward Ill only work with Liz.

I had to hire private investigators to gather more information on this person's history. I hired several private investigators based in Manhattan, with great reviews and credentials of the private investigators. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. All of them said they could do this service or that service, with intention of extracting more money from the clients. I lost hope with private investigators until I found Liz (the owner of Root Investigations). When I reached out to her, unlike other private investigators, she was genuinely interested in listening to my situation.
