Dwell Luxury Apartments is a great place to live. Very spacious living environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the amenities such as indoor trash shoots, pool, personal parking garage and gym are some of the things that drawn my attention to choose my next home. Not to mention my leasing lady Michelle Chavez who helped and guided me through this tough process of relocating needs to be honored for a outstanding job!! I made the right choice this time by selecting Dwell apartments for my move, excellent price for the nice location and area.

I have lived at Dwell for about 14 Months now; therefore, I can say that I have experienced everything a Dwell Resident can experience. First and foremost, I have lived in a few apartment complexes in Florida over the past few years, and BY FAR, I can say that my experience at Dwell has been AMAZING! Nikki and her entire team (both leasing and maintenance) have treated me so well during my stay at Dwell. Nikki and Valerie made my initial move-in process, quick, easy and truly exceeded my expectations. They made SURE that I was happy to call Dwell my home and 14 months later, that has not changed

Me And My Wife Had the Wonderful Pleasure of working with Valerie To find us a 1 bedroom that fits everything we were looking for. Valerie went Above and beyond, She even helped us get our couch thru our door lol. Valerie has a very outgoing personality, Professional and will not waste your time. Wanted to stop by and applaud leasing agent Valerie . I toured this complex on December 5 and submitted an application that evening because: (I had toured multiple luxury properties since October 31. Dwell was the only place I applied to)
1. Valerie made me feel at home with the guided tour and her embrace and personality is very warm / inviting.
2. I saw residents that LOOKED like me which is very important in these trying times, let alone trying to move into luxury housing. Theres no prejudice here.
3. Valeries pleasant interaction with every resident we came across was like family.

I just moved into a unit in the new building and I have to say this complex is outstanding! Very updated and modern. Nice new light fixtures, and amazing granite counter tops. I absolutely love the huge kitchen island, something not offered by many other apartments that fit my criteria. A super spacious unit just the perfect size for my living situation. As far as hospitality Valerie is the absolute BEST. She made the whole application process to move in effortless and speedy. I absolutely love living at Dwell and Im sad that I have to move. I have an apartment in the newer building and it is absolutely beautiful. The only problem I have is the fact that the walls are super thin and I could hear everyone coming in and out of the building. But other than that, its a nice place to live. Darnell in the leasing office is exceptionally nice! Carlos, the maintenance guy is very helpful and quick to solve any issues I may have in my apartment. Last but not least, Will the fitness instructor will definitely challenge you and make sure you snap right into shape. If I could
