Holistic nutrition comes from a perspective that acknowledges that each person's body is unique and individual. Because of this, there's no single approach that's right for everyone. Chronic pain, chronic disease, and depression can often be caused by genetic nutritional needs that are different from the average population.

With over 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Lenora specializes in helping people who feel they have already tried everything. Do you have pain or injuries that never seem to go away? Do you know what you need to do for exercise and nutrition, but have trouble getting yourself to do it? Do you have reoccurring posture/alignment/flexibility problems or chronic health issues?

You will learn somatic skills, mindfulness techniques, and specific movement exercises, which can be used to increase your awareness of what you need in order to feel more grounded and embodied. You will also learn to access and notice your "True Self", and the peace and wisdom that come with it.

The Internal Family Systems model will be used to help us increase the understanding of the complexity of our inner world, and to generate self-compassion.If needed, education will be given on the actual causes of anxiety/stress including nutritional, lifestyle, trauma, and family system causes, so that we can help you identify what you (as a unique individual) need in order to heal.
