After Rita Shklovskaya went through some difficult times in her life, she realized that having assistance from caregivers who cared deeply about her well-being was important. With that in mind she became a caregiver herself. During her years as a caregiver Rita saw a need for more caregivers who would open their hearts and give of themselves to provide loving and quality home care for the elderly and disabled.
