
Valley View Health Center is a non-profit, federally qualified health center committed to providing quality integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of the ability to pay. We currently have 13 locations, serving patients in three counties.
Valley View Health Center has provided over 655,700 patient visits since 2004. We are continually expanding our services to include more clinic locations, new services in specialties for behavioral health, pediatrics, and pharmacy. To improve the health and well-being of the community by providing quality and compassionate health care services in a patient-centered atmosphere respecting individual and cultural diversity.

Our goal is to achieve the highest possible quality of care and continue to improve our patient and staff satisfaction. We offer a wide scope of services to our patients, including primary medical, pediatric, dental and behavioral health, as well a low-cost pharmacy. Valley View Health Center has provided comprehensive and compassionate health care to residents of Southwest Washington for over a decade.

Valley View Health Center is using a product called NextMD for secure communications with our patients. If you have more than 5 medications, they may be on additional pages, referenced by page numbers in the lower right.

You may now print off your paperwork and fill it in prior to your appointment to help speed up the check in process. Currently, VVHC offers New Medical Patient, Established Medical Patient, and Dental Patient paperwork. If you are unsure which paperwork applies to you, please contact the office you are scheduled at.

Whether you are feeling under the weather or living with a chronic condition, the medical staff at Valley View Health Center offer care and expertise to put you back on the road to recovery. We offer primary care services at our Chehalis, Centralia, Onalaska, Toledo, Winlock, Pe Ell, Raymond, and Olympia Clinics.

Did you know that your mouth is more than your smile? Oral health is linked to overall health. Poor oral health serves as an indicator for diabetics, and cardiovascular disease and dental caries are the most common chronic disease of childhood. Valley View Health Center offers an array of dental services for children and adults at our dental clinics in Chehalis, Morton and Raymond.
