Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy program addresses musculoskeletal pain, post-injury recovery, and mobility limitations through customized treatment plans. Using manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, we target root causes of discomfort while improving strength and flexibility. Patients benefit from reduced pain medication reliance and accelerated recovery timelines through our evidence-based approach.
Acupuncture
This traditional Chinese medicine practice involves precise needle placement to stimulate energy flow and trigger natural healing responses. Our acupuncturists combine modern clinical nutrition with ancient techniques to treat chronic pain, stress, and neurological conditions. Patients experience improved circulation and endorphin release that supports long-term wellness.
Occupational Therapy
Designed to restore daily living skills after injury or illness, our occupational therapy integrates virtual reality and light therapy technologies. We specialize in treating hand/wrist conditions, neurological impairments, and mobility limitations. Treatment focuses on enhancing coordination, reducing neuropathy symptoms, and improving overall quality of life through adaptive techniques.
Shockwave Therapy
This non-invasive procedure uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in soft tissues and break down calcium deposits. Effective for treating tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and sports injuries, it accelerates recovery by improving blood flow and collagen production. Most patients experience immediate pain relief after initial sessions.
CNRT Treatment
Developed by Evan Chait, this proprietary technique targets nervous system imbalances causing chronic pain. By identifying and correcting biomechanical weaknesses, CNRT achieves 80-90% success rates for conditions ranging from sciatica to sports injuries. The three-tiered approach addresses neurological, biomechanical, and movement pattern systems for lasting results.

Kinetic Rehab & Spine is awesome! Evan and his team actually care about YOU, and will not quit (or, let you quit) until you are feeling better. Fortunately, the treatments encompass a wide variety of disciplines, from acupuncture to chiropractic, to massage, to standard physical therapy--not to mention lifestyle advice. Dr J or Dr Bob will find what is ailing you, and they will all do whatever it takes to make you feel better. Did I mention that they genuinely care about you?

My experience at Kinetic Rehab and spine was awesome and unique. The physical therapist here are doing things Ive never seen done in other places, they are very innovative. They treat each patient as a whole person. They deal with the physical injury, internal health and wellness by helping you optimize your physical and nutritional wellness through physical therapy, nutrition, acupuncture and chiropractic. They also use different therapies for example, red light therapy helps to repair and build your body from the inside and out.
