Our sales and rental facility is, and has been since 1977, located in Auburn, Indiana. We have been in continuous operation, with the Smaltz family (Michael & Mary Smaltz) at the helm that entire time. In 1977, our company founder, Captain N. Michael Smaltz USNR (1942-2002), retired from active duty with the United States Navy.

Auburn Taylor Rental/Party Plus is a full service event rental company. We specialize in making all events custom to our customer's specific needs. From tables and chairs, to ice cream machines, custom made linens, to vintage china, custom ceiling treatments, we help make those Pinterest event dreams come to life.
Equipment Rentals

With a wide range of equipment for your home projects, work ventures, and fixer-uppers, our well-maintained equipment can help you with all your project needs. Our rental equipment stays maintained before and after each rental. Our rental fleet is rotated to new equipment as the rental life ends; this ensures our fleet stays new and fresh.
Restrooms

We service all of Northeastern Indiana with portable restrooms service. Providing long-term construction units, special event units, handicap accessible units, hand washing stations, and our NEW 3-stall portable restroom trailer which includes running water and air conditioning. Long-term construction units are a 3 month minimum with service on a weekly basis.

Auburn Taylor Rental/Party Plus offers servicing & sales of Echo Equipment, Dixie Chopper, Wacker, Hilti, parts, and much more. Our full service shop has a full time technician to diagnose, repair, and perform both warranty & non-warranty service work. Our equipment sales include Dixie Chopper, Echo, & used rental equipment from all the leading brands.
