We have developed an opportunity for our clients to come to North Idaho and play, rent or just gather information that helps them make an educated decision on what North Idaho has to offer. We have been using Travis/TLC for 10 years. We arrive for the summer each Memorial Weekend. Our family is able to move right in and enjoy our home and vacation time upon arrival because Travis has the house ready for us.
He takes care of window washing, power washing the house & clearing gutters, turning up hot water heaters & thermostats, replaces furnace filters, changes light bulbs, picks up groceries and anything else we need to be move in ready. He even gets the cars detailed and filled with gas before we arrive.
