After doing freelance work for almost two decades in multiple gyms and health clubs, Brian decided to start his own studio that focused on the client's best interest. ABSolute-U-Fitness was born in 2007 in West Lafayette where it has served over 200 clients.

We recommend a minimum of two sessions per week, but can do as many as you feel you'd like. That depends on how much effort you put forth, how many sessions you do each week, and how much you work out on your own between sessions. We will design your program according to your fitness goals. Everyone has different goals and we will listen to you and your goals and then design the program to help you reach those goals.
