My experience with buying my new GMC Acadia at Bowser has been nothing other than stress free and pleasant! Brandon Cox was my salesman. He was accommodating, personable and reasonable! Drove 3 hrs to pick up our new vehicle at Bowser. The phone communication with Sales manager Mark was superb, he had everything in line for us upon arrival. He even came in on his day off to thank us. Sales Rep Brandon took good care of us. Drove us all around the complex to go see our new car at the detail shop after our long drive. He definitely made our experience a pleasure!

I went yesterday to purchase a 2017 Kia Forte for my daughter. I was told to see Dave Ross. He was with a customer so I got another sales person. They only come down on the car 200.00. I asked if they would come down more since I was paying cash but he wouldn't budge. I left and my husband called his buddy at the other Bowser and he made a call to the Pleasant Hills store. All the sudden I get a call from Dave Ross and he was very rude because my husband called his buddy up to ask about this car. He said do you want the car or not and that I can just come get my check. Also stated to me I can sale
