We believe that a variety of mindfully selected class offerings is essential to the growth of our students. By varying your practice from meditative to physically challenging, you will provide your body and mind with the balance needed to facilitate growth, both in and out of the studio. Restorative classes may use any combination of meditation, gentle and/or propped postures and energy work to help release tension and restore the body and mind.

Craving more movement? Check out our Slow Flow, Vitality Flow or Power Flow II classes. These classes link the movement between poses to your breath to create a fluid and connected practice. You can expect to be challenged mentally and physically in these classes. Looking for something else?

Do you have a desire to teach yoga? Have you been practicing Vinyasa style yoga a minimum of 3 days a week for at least 3 months? Do you have a desire to dive deeper into the history and philosophy of yoga and into your own self? If you're ready to commit yourself to a 200 hour training program, continue on and see if our program is for you.
