My daughters house recently burned in a fire and she lost almost everything. We were able to find her Texas Tech college ring but it was badly damaged. We took it back to J Keith where we purchased it and they worked for several hours to repair it for her at no charge. The staff are so professional and caring and we couldn’t be more pleased! We will definitely be J Keith customers for life!

Thank you so much Alan and J Keith’s!!! I had a ring of my great grandfathers and I wanted to use the diamond for my engagement ring. My fiancé is in ministry and our budget was pretty small. Super helpful staff!! had to get a gold necklace repaired and mentioned that I may be in the market for a new chain for it, and instead of pushing a new $200+ chain on me, they actually told me that my current little chain probably wasn’t ever soldered properly and therefor wouldn’t break again after the laser repair they did. also had my necklace back to me in 3 days (2 of those being the weekend)! really recommend this place, though I’m not sure how their jewelry selection/pricing/quality compares really.

ORIGINAL: Mr. Keith is the nicest man and the most helpful! Customer service is top notch! Beautiful pieces of jewelry in a non-pushy atmosphere. Mr. Keith is a jeweler and not a salesman. If you know anything about gemstones, the quality he has is top-notch for extremely competitive prices. Compared to Zale's, Kays, and Jared's, his stones are exceptional. This is a small-town business I will support. Mr. Keith will tell you he, "wants to earn your business," and by his actions and friendliness you can tell he means it.

I took my class ring to be cleaned today and had a fantastic experience. The ring was cleaned in less than 5 minutes and it looks beautiful! While waiting, the girls Maddy and Courtney were so great and chatted with me. They were incredibly nice and made it a really pleasant experience. Highly recommend due to great customer service.

Six stars!! After 28 years, my wife lost her wedding ring that Keith custom designed for us all those many years ago. She was heart-broken as the ring was perfect and had received hundreds of compliments over the years. Keith worked with us over the course of the last few months to re-create her ring. We are so happy our new ring as we believe it is as beautiful, or better than the original! Keith worked painstakingly to recreate the ring to our desires. Such a great job! Shopping for an engagement ring is hard but the people at J Keith couldn’t have made it any easier on me! Went in with just a few ideas of what she wanted and they took it from there and she absolutely loves it. Went in yesterday with my husband to look at Texas Tech
Rings and we were blown away by the customer service. Austin helped design a ring that my husband had in mind. Started from scratch with all these ideas and the final sketch looked amazing.
