Bought hundred dollar glasses insurance for two year coverage and was just told they would not honor it. Woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, very disappointed in how I was treated.

It is so incredibly difficult to get an appointment at this office. I was unable to keep the appointment I originally set up and when I called to reschedule the appointment I was told there were not any openings for nearly 7 months!! I had to wait almost 5 months just to get the original appointment (which when I called to schedule was a year from the last appointment date) and now another 7!!!! No thank you!!

Existing patient - with insurance - professional. Having issues with glasses at work.
Told the wait was 6 months for a re-check so I could see to do my job. Come on guys, what is wrong here. Rude person told me they were trying to accommodate the demand....guessing not worried about existing patients at all, just getting more on the rolls.
