Moved out on the sep 13th , didn’t have any help to haul brand new in opened products down along with a new table . I called the lease office not much help asked Donniella if someone in the complex wanted it she was not helpful my exit paperwork was not ready , i didn’t fill out anything i left my key and was told to leave an address. I asked if i had to pay anything she stated No ( so i shouldn’t receive any remaining balance bills) I have a video of how the unit left and what was left also pictures of the damage bedroom door frame. No communication after that i gave them 839 in deposit

Two years ago, as I was just about to move in, I had to back out of my move in date due to a surprise Cancer diagnosis. Cathy was so sweet & understanding, telling me that when I was well, there’d be an apartment waiting for me here. Well, in March I called Cathy up, asked if she remembered me, she did, and in April I moved into my new home at Pleasant Woods! It’s everything I’d hoped it would be! The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! It’s so quiet and relaxing, pretty much ALL THE TIME. And the fact that I feel secure & safe here, is a HUGE PLUS! I love my little cottage in the trees! Thank you to

I simply love it here! Its very quiet and I feel more than safe here. My move-in process was very smooth. Maintenance was great the one time I had a request; they came in a timely manner and solved my problem quickly. The office staff are very knowledgeable and responsive! I definitely intend on being here until I move out of state.

I've been a resident at Pleasant Woods since 2017 and I'm pleased to say I have no plans to move elsewhere in Little Rock anytime in the foreseeable future.
No apartment community is perfect, but as someone who's lived in more than my share of apartments, I've found the managers (Dani and Kathi) and the maintenance crew (Dale and Garrick) to be friendly and conscientious professionals who enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about the community. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the entire staff is always willing to help in anyway they can.
I'm very comfortable in my one bedroom

I love the plants, and the other stuff but, the place really needs a search team for finding and returning lost pets because I have a black cat with a flea and tick repellent collar and his name is Shadow. He is my whole world to me. He has been missing for 2 weeks... I will put a picture of him so people know what he looks like. But if you see him then please return him to Apartment 173.
