I have been to many flooring stores in the IE but this is the one where I found the best selection, best prices, & the best customers service. They will make sure to help you & answer any questions you have as well as to make sure they can find something that works for your budget but is still of amazing quality. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases.

I recommend New Impressions to everyone! We purchased tile as well as laminated wood. Best choice my wife and I made all thanks to Carlos who was very helpful and met our needs. He worked with our budget and we walked away with smiles on our faces. Thank you New Impressions!

I can't even begin to describe how rude they are at this establishment. They're in rush to help you, as you walk in. They didn't try to give me a deal since we were buying so much. I still gave it chance and bought from them regardless of their attitude. When we go get our tile, we have to wait for the guy to load our tile. What was he doing? He was drinking a soda walking back and forth. I didn't say anything to him, we waited patiently. It wasn't worthing it buying there. Don't buy here, they don't care for customers.
