I work very hard to help you - listening, validating, researching and challenging you to see what's healthy and what isn't. I believe counseling heals - talking, acknowledging pain and creating new strategies is the way towards peace. I am a divorce expert and can help you and your children navigate and thrive during the transition.

Using an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions and creativity, I can help you unblock, release and gain confidence. Whether this is a new issue, or an old hurt, I can help you work through it and move on.
Fees

You are not your diagnosis. In order for me to bill your insurance, I have to assign you with a mental health diagnosis from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual V - used by psychiatrists, psychologist, social workers, licensed professional counselors and the medical community. The diagnosis has to be serious enough to warrant payment from an insurance company because they won't pay for all diagnosis.
