When Bayne & Ann Norris decided to buy an automotive repair shop in 1986, they had no small business experience and very little automotive background. Bayne had been an engineer for Black & Decker for 28 years. Ann was a mother and school teacher. They knew it was going to be tough. The first five years they worked tirelessly.
