Our deli serves made-from-scratch meals daily, including breakfast classics, gourmet sandwiches, and fresh salads. Ingredients are sourced locally to ensure quality, with options like hand-carved meats, artisan breads, and house-made dressings. The menu features over 50 sandwiches, from traditional heroes to specialty paninis, alongside daily specials and chef-curated platters for groups.

Seaqua Fit Meal Preps provide balanced, macro-nutrient-rich meals for health-conscious customers. Used to be good. Its gotten so bad I dont even ask for ketchup on a breakfast sandwich because theyll mess up the entire sandwich. When told I would be credited for an entire sandwich they took off only a few dollars off my bill. Most recently I didnt even ask for a toasted bagel and it was black on the bottom of the bagel not even edible. Its sad to see what used to be such a great place turn into something so bad.

I want to thank Liz from SeaQua deli in Massapequa for all of her help, she was kind, friendly, funny and extremely helpful in planning what turned out to be a beautiful Memorial for my husband this weekendat the last minute! I know he would have loved the Southern BBQ we threw for him. The food was so deliciousfirst time EVER I had no leftovers! They ate it all and the comments were fabulous! So thank you so much for making this an event that did my husband justice. I highly recommend Liz and SeaQua deli for any event!!!!

I love seaqua deli, but my order was very disappointing. I order from them often & dont ever have complaints because their so good. I ordered a shaggy press sandwich asked for avocado where I was charged $1.50 to only get maybe a sliver slice of an avocado, not worth that extra charge at all!
