Questions
How do I book an escape room session?
Reserve online or by phone. Walk-ins accepted when available, but advance booking is recommended for guaranteed access.
What is your pricing structure?
Base fee $50 covers two players. Additional participants $23 each. Groups of 10+ receive $22/person discount.
Are there age restrictions?
Unsupervised players must be 15+. Younger participants allowed with adult supervision in the group.
What happens if we can't solve all puzzles?
Staff provides hints to complete the experience. All players exit successfully regardless of puzzle completion status.
Do you accommodate large groups?
Groups over 8 require multiple rooms. Contact us directly to coordinate simultaneous bookings for larger parties.
What safety measures exist?
All rooms have unlocked emergency exits. Games end immediately if safety rules are violated or disruptive behavior occurs.

Just be aware that the management will not allow you in the lobby unless you're masked up. The manager said wear the mask or go somewhere else. We will not be coming back

O.M.G. what a blast!!!!!! We had THEE best time in "The Backyard". Although we ran out of time, we got pretty dang close to beating it and I had so much fun challenging myself and trying to think outside the box!! The only advice I would give to newcomers (and this has nothing to do with the owner, staff, or operations, it's not their fault at all!!) Is that maybe if your kiddos are younger, you might want to find a sitter for them. I took my 2 kids (daughter 9, son 4) and my daughter had an absolute phenomenal time. My son was slightly less enthused because there weren't a whole lot

Our family loves doing escape rooms together and we were passing through Lubbock so we tried out TRAPPED. We had a great time! Very creative rooms and puzzles. We escaped the newest room The Patio with 12 minutes to spare. The staff was really nice too. Would absolutely recommend this place to escape room enthusiasts or timers as well!

I LOVE this place. Ive been to two of their rooms on dates so far, and it is so so so much fun. The puzzles are a mixture of teamwork and creative thinking. The time goes a lot faster than you might think, but it is worth every penny. I hope they continue to expand and create new rooms, because what they have so far is stellar. The staff? Some of the most friendly Ive ever met. They clean, they organize, they explain everything, and give great hints when you need them. Highly recommend coming here if youre a newbie to escape rooms. My sister and I have done 2 escape rooms: "Fortune Teller" and "Penitentiary." During both experiences, we had a great time! The people have been friendly and amazing both times. My sister and I can't wait to go back to do more rooms!
