Breathe Deeply Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio (Pilates equipment by Balanced Body) located in Aptos, California We specialize in personalized, private, and semi-private training sessions on mat, pilates apparatus, and accessories.

We are committed to helping you learn to help yourself to a healthier, stronger, more agile body. Our trainers will design personalized workouts to help you build strength, and flexibility without adding bulk. Through a better understanding of your breath, body mechanics, habits and movement patterns you will feel a heightened, mindful awareness of the body that improves your ability in many other aspects of your life.
