Originally from China Springs, TX, Dr. Pass attended the University of Houston for both undergraduate studies and optometry school. In 1982, Dr. Pass accepted his first position as an optometrist and moved to Fort Stockton, TX to join Dr. Price in his private family practice. Shortly after joining the practice, Dr. Pass opened a small clinic in McCamey, TX and invested in a full-service optical lab.
