I pull 30-50 permits a year - 400 in the last 10 years. It's best to have a licensed contractor, like me, with proper general liability insurance pull permits when needed. Since 2002, it is the law that if a contractor has proper insurance (general liability insurance), they must provide a copy to all clients for construction work and bids.

I provide a certificate of liability and workers compensation for all work performed, covering up to a million dollars.
