Services
Lawn Care
Our lawn care programs combine slow-release fertilizers, weed control, and aeration to promote thick, healthy grass. We tailor treatments to seasonal needs, ensuring optimal growth from spring through winter. With guaranteed grub control and overseeding services, we help homeowners achieve lush, resilient lawns.
Pest Control
Our pest control services target mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and foundation insects using EPA-approved solutions. Treatments are applied every 4-6 weeks by licensed technicians to protect homes and outdoor spaces. We prioritize family and pet safety while ensuring long-term pest reduction.
Tree and Shrub Care
This service delivers essential nutrients and disease prevention treatments for trees and shrubs. Our targeted applications combat pests and environmental stressors, enhancing landscape beauty and plant health. Regular care ensures vibrant foliage and strong root development.
Core Aeration
Core aeration alleviates soil compaction, improving water absorption and nutrient flow. By creating pathways for air and nutrients, this service strengthens root systems and enhances drought resistance. Double aeration with overseeding fills bare patches for denser grass coverage.
Lime Treatment
Lime treatments correct acidic soil pH levels, optimizing nutrient absorption. This service enhances fertilizer effectiveness and promotes greener, healthier grass. Regular applications maintain balanced soil conditions for sustained lawn vitality.

For 3 years they have consistently started treatment for crab grass too late. Every year I'm told it was too cold and every year crab grass is a nightmare. Now, even clover is coming back. Definitely will not be using this service again

I've used Kapp's for more than 20 years. They stand by their work. Any time that I've not been happy with my lawn (it's rare), they are quick to address it. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn from my neighbors. I always tell them, "Kapp's deserves the credit, not me."

I've been using a service to fertilize my lawn for about 23 years and have tried just about all of them. I left Kapps twice for a "bargain price", but quickly came right back. There's no comparison. My lawn looks great, they pick up the phone when you call, they immediately respond to any problems by sending out a manager, and they have been spraying perimeter of my house for bugs with good results the past 2-3 seasons. Great company!
