John Buschlen, founder of TNT Shirts, developed a keen interest in art and graphic design at an early age. He started printing t-shirts in his apartment, using the sun to expose his screens and drying t-shirts in his oven. John got his first printing press in 1982 and opened a little retail store selling his custom prints to neighbors and friends.

TNT Shirts offers a wide range of embroidery services, and we can embroider your custom design on a wide range of fabrics and apparel. Unlike screen-printing where we can match any ink color, we are limited to the colors of thread that we can buy. Embroidery artwork does not feature blending or gradients.

Artwork & Artwork Requirements

Whether or not you just have a loose idea, or a hand drawn sketch of what you would like your t-shirt to look like; TNT Shirts' team of experienced graphic artists can bring your t-shirt design to life. Our fees are $50 per hour, and the first hour is complimentary. If you are providing your own artwork there are some requirements the artwork must meet.
Custom Transfers

Individual Custom Heat transfers allow for the customization of the artwork design from shirt to shirt. It also allows for versatility on products that can be printed on, from T-Shirts to Koozies, to Phone Cases and coffee mugs. This process works best with small runs, or shirts with customizable features such as names and numbers.
